Shipping Cost: Shipping is Free to any business or residence in the Continental United States and is included in all of our prices shown on this website. We do not ship anywhere outside of the United States at this time, this includes Hawaii and Alaska as no ship states due to the extremely high costs involved. If you are in Florida a 7% sales tax is also required.

Delivery and Travel Time: We build and ship most Spa Covers within 72 hours. Travel is via LTL or common carrier and travel time is approximately 10-14 days from the date of purchase. You will receive an order confirmation within 3 days via e-mail. The freight company will call you one day prior to delivering your new cover to confirm the date and time of delivery. All other products we sell lifters, steps, protectants, etc, etc.. Are either shipped with your spa cover purchase or if purchased individually are shipped via UPS Ground. If you have placed an order for any item and not received it after 14 business days, please contact our customer service department for tracking and delivery status at information@affordablespacovers.com.
